PD This electronic device is used in vehicles with pump-nozzle injection made by Bosch. Our boxes act directly on the signal processing of the injection pump. Additional output is achieved by means of a direct characteristic curve control of the magnetic valves. This procedure is carried out exclusively via microprocessors. The result is a high torque in the lower and middle speed range, as well as quiet and stable running at idle speed.Our technology can be used independently of the cylinder number (3-6 cylinders). The PD is installed via an original vehicle adapter as well as two cables to be connected to the power supply.

The microprocessors change and optimize the control of the diesel pump. Since the VP44 injection pump is used over a broad range of engine outputs (from 75 to over 180 hp), very high increases to the hp and Nm can be achieved.
We have chosen not to use so-called CAN bus technology, in which the values are corrected via a digital data bus. In long-term tests, this technology has revealed itself it to very prone to errors and disturbances.
