COMMON RAIL ENGINE VEHICLES

CRD This electronic device is used in vehicles with common rail injection made by Bosch or Siemens.The output increase is achieved by means of a direct characteristic curve control of the magnetic valves.

In contrast to other techniques, the injection quantity is corrected dependent on the speed.
The CRD is installed via a vehicle-specific cable adaptor.

VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A PD FUEL PUMP

PD This electronic device is used in vehicles with pump-nozzle injection made by Bosch. Our boxes act directly on the signal processing of the injection pump. Additional output is achieved by means of a direct characteristic curve control of the magnetic valves. This procedure is carried out exclusively via microprocessors. The result is a high torque in the lower and middle speed range, as well as quiet and stable running at idle speed. Our technology can be used independently of the cylinder number (3-6 cylinders). The PD is installed via an original vehicle adapter as well as two cables to be connected to the power supply.

VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A VP37 SYSTEM

VP37 This module is used in vehicles equipped with conventional injection pumps made by Bosch (e.g. VAG TDI engines). The increase in output is brought about by adjusting the sensor signal of the original control unit. Even though this technology is used by ever fewer car manufacturers, we have completely digitalised our boxes.

In contrast to analogue data adjusting, there is no need to go to the trouble of making adjustments to a potentiometer, screws etc. In the case of other technologies in the low-price range, the injection quantity is changed via a single resistor. Failing a direct adjustment to the sensor signal, the engine loses various protective functions. The module is installed via an 8- or 10-pole adapter piece (VAG engines) or via the connection The VP37 wire in unit is designed to wire directly to your vehicles control unit, designed to be as simple as possible to install, yet still utilising the premium digital technology our other units use .

VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A VP44 SYSTEM

VP44 This electronic device is used in vehicles with VP44 injection pumps made by Bosch.The microprocessors change and optimize the control of the diesel pump. Since the VP44 injection pump is used over a broad range of engine outputs (from 75 to over 180 hp), very high increases to the hp and Nm can be achieved.

We have chosen not to use so-called CAN bus technology, in which the values are corrected via a digital data bus. In long-term tests, this technology has revealed itself it to very prone to errors and disturbances.

The VP44 plug and play is installed via a special connector for quick and easy instalation.

A very popular unit due to its large performance increases, we can supply these unit for most VP44 engined vehicles.

	RETURNS PROCEDURE AND POLICY
	YOUR UNITS ARE COVERED BY A 2 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, SHOULD IT BECOME NECESSARY TO RETURN YOUR UNIT (FOR WHATEVER REASON!) WITHIN THE FIRST 45 DAYS PLEASE CONTACT ELITETUNING IMMEDIATELY AT INFO@ELITETUNING.CO.UK / TEL: +44(0)7772 205 106 FOR ADVICE AND GUIDANCE., WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS UNLESS WE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED FIRST.
	CUSTOMERS WHO RETURN UNITS TO US MUST NOTE, WITHIN THE FIRST 45 DAYS YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND IF THE UNIT IS FOUND TO BE FAULTY OR INOPERATIVE, UNITS RETURNED FOR REFUND THAT ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECT FREE OR RETURNED DUE TO THE CUSTOMER PLACING AN INCORRECT ORDER, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE, ANY UNITS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED THROUGH BEING MODIFIED, REVERSE ENGINEERED, DISMANTLED OR SUBJECT TO ANY OTHER MALICIOUS DAMAGE, INCLUDING HEAT DAMAGE AND WATER DAMAGE, WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
	CUSTOMERS ENTITLED TO A REFUND WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE OPTION OF A REPLACEMENT UNIT (OF THE SAME VALUE TO THAT PURCHASED ORIGINALLY).
	UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES BE REIMBURSED OR REFUNDED.
	THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING THE UNITS TO ELITETUNING (WITHIN 45 DAYS)
	RETURNS AFTER 45 DAYS WILL BE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT UNIT PROVIDING THE RETURNED UNIT IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED, DISMANTLED, REVERSE ENGINEERED OR SUBJECTED TO MALICIOUS DAMAGE INCLUDING HEAT DAMAGE AND MOISTURE DAMAGE, AGAIN CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT ELITETUNING FOR ADVICE PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING RETURN.
